Medical Compensation

When considering a career one of the last things people consider is how dangerous that career is.  Someone might say oh I want to be a soldier or a doctor. May be a teacher or a fisherman like my dad.
Actually I ended up, for a while in a dangerous job, without even considering I was in one. I went to university7 and studied geology and got a job in the city of London for an oil company, and going on an oil rig was part and parcel of the job. It was only on my first helicopter flight to a rig in a howling gale and trying to get of the helipad on the rig that I said to myself,
”Hey this is not so cool”

I never checked whether I was insure or not , I just took it for granted that I had    Personal injury cover, and I knew nothing about Personal injury claims if something has gone wrong.

Up till now we have been vey luck to have a free health service and hopefully, despite government murmurings, it will stay that way. If you have suffered an incident it is reassuring that it is there, but no matter how good the health professionals are, mistakes will always happen. If you have been victim of negligence the contact our Medical claims section about making a Medical claim for

Medical compensation.

These day more people are taking out private health plans and getting treatment in privately owned hospitals. To an extent this has raised the bar as to what is acceptable and what is not. Any shortcomings in terms of food or surroundings now become an element of terms of contract. If out National Health Service becomes privatized as suggested by our new government, then this will only increase in the future.
