• Organize an association that has fun doing what they like doing best; competitive fishing.
  • Protect the natural resources given by the sea will be paramount, as to protect what we have today for tomorrow.
  • One of the association’s focuses will be the conservation of our natural resources and educating the members and general public on the impact on Kingfish Tournament Fishing, as well as fishing in general.
  • As the association grows it will lobby with industry partners, educational resources and local/state/federal governments to protect our future stocks throughout the SE US by investing in research programs.
  • A balance of competition for all involved.
  • The association will promote family values and sportsmanship, between age, race, class, power and size.
  • Recognition will be given to all that fish within the organization whether they win a tournament or not.
  • With growth of the association, discounts of industry products for tournaments will be provided; i.e.:  Hotel rooms, fuel, manufacturers
  • National attention, including sponsorships and scholarships, will be sought for the association and all of its members.
  • The association will provide access to industry resources for everyone so that everyone can benefit.
  • A website offering live web broadcast of all events, news, wall posts, etc. will be available to everyone whether a member or not.
  • Membership would entitle you a vote and a representative would be voted in by its sector members for each sector.
  • The association will not only promote, but participate in a program which would give back to local charities in more was than just handing over a check; i.e. adopt an underprivileged youth for the day during a tournament.
